Dr. Alicia Romeo, Md, DFAPA

Assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine. Chief of the Psycho-oncology, Department of Supportive Oncology, at Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte, NC

Dr. Romeo is a graduate of Villanova University and Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Romeo completed her psychiatry residency at Yale School of Medicine. She then completed her fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at the University of California San Francisco.  She is board-certified in general and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Romeo held academic appointments at Harvard Medical School and then Yale School of Medicine prior to moving to North Carolina. She met her dear friend Dr. Toks Rose in 2013 while they were working together in the emergency department of Behavioral Health Charlotte.
